SEIKO has officially announced that the latest 11th generation of Criteria men’s watches will be launched to the market this June. Inspired by celebrated masculinity and style of men, the new Criteria collection outlines their professionalism with details accentuated in the dial.
The new SEIKO Criteria collection takes men’s desire for the ideal watch to the optimal while highlights their discerning taste. Male trendsetters are presented the ultimate watch that combines a chic outlook with functional features.
Delicate Japanese craftsmanship is manifested to perfection in the new Criteria Chronograph series. With shiny stainless steel as its main constituent, the watch boasts a dial of fine lines in the classic colors of black or white. The unique design of the dial not only features slightly bulging silver calibration that tells the time with sparkles, but also different blends of circles that underscore the layering effect and play up the watch’s vivacity on the whole.
The new generation of Criteria watches is chic yet practical. The multifunctional quartz movement is praised for its reliability, providing precise split-time timing to one-twentieth of a second for as long as 12 hours. The watches are also professionally equipped with the Tachymeter function through the numbers at the periphery, which are capable of advising estimations promptly within a certain distance. The hardlex glass gives further protection to offer 100-meter water resistance. It is Criteria’s eminent outlook compounded with these functional advantages that bring out the wearer’s charm without flaws.
Criteria
Chronograph men’s watches are equipped with many functions. The color of
the numbers indicating the date at the 3 o’clock position forms a strong
contrast with that of the dial, never failing to catch one’s attention.
The circular sub-dials include two stopwatches located at the 6 and 12 o’clock
positions measuring the hour, minute and second, and one small second sub-dial
at the 9 o’clock position. Both the hour and the minute hands are capable
of glowing in the dark to present the wearer the same level of precision even
in dim environment.
The brand new Criteria Chronograph series comes in several color combinations. Among them three are the uncomplicated combination of white dial and baby blue second and sub-dial hands, the mysterious combination of black dial and silver second and sub-dial hands, and the spontaneous combination of black dial and red second and sub-dial hands. Contrasting colors including gray, silver, blue, and black are deliberately adopted in the sub-dials to amplify the gradation of tone. Matched with the stainless steel bracelet in silvery elegance, the series showcases the charm and flair of contemporary men to perfection.
